We are thrilled to transform your embroidery dreams into reality! Our typical turnaround time for orders is approximately 5 to 7 business days. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail in every piece, whether it’s a luxe baby gift or an on-site embroidery service. Please note that larger or highly customized orders may take slightly longer, but we promise it will be worth the wait! Once you’re ready to book your event, we’ll take a 50% deposit, sign the contract, and let the creative planning begin! Together, we’ll pick a handful of gorgeous thread colors and unique designs to offer on one or two items of your choice.

When the big day rolls around, we arrive an hour early, set up our embroidery magic station, and get ready to wow your guests. As they arrive, they’ll fill out a custom-themed order card (made just for your event!) to choose their item and design. Then we start stitching right before their eyes! When their masterpiece is ready, they’ll get a quick text to swing by and pick up their one-of-a-kind keepsake.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom embroidery. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all sales of custom embroidered products are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will be happy to assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution. To ensure that your custom item meets your expectations, we offer detailed previews and samples before finalizing the embroidery.
