What is the process for Live On-site Event Embroidery?

Once you’re ready to book your event, we’ll take a 50% deposit, sign the contract, and let the creative planning begin! Together, we’ll pick a handful of gorgeous thread colors and unique designs to offer on one or two items of your choice.
When the big day rolls around, we arrive an hour early, set up our embroidery magic station, and get ready to wow your guests. As they arrive, they’ll fill out a custom-themed order card (made just for your event!) to choose their item and design. Then we start stitching right before their eyes! When their masterpiece is ready, they’ll get a quick text to swing by and pick up their one-of-a-kind keepsake.
