It all started when...
It all began with a chandelier...
Anna once owned a top event rental company—featured in multiple publications—where she brought unforgettable moments to life. But everything changed when she found out she was expecting a surprise baby, 11 years after her last. That’s when she knew it was time to close that chapter and start something new.
One day, her mother (aka Grandma Rudy) casually said,
"I think I’m going to buy an embroidery machine."
That simple sentence sparked the business idea Anna had been praying for—and just like that, Three Kids and a Thread was born.
Since then, we’ve stitched everything from a 300-person live bandana bar to 35 custom onesies for one special client. We’re proudly family-run—so don’t be surprised if you see Anna’s daughter (Grandma Rudy’s granddaughter!) at your event or helping pack your order.
